Spring of 2009 Charisma began with an intent to reach women in strip clubs in the Puget Sound area to share with them that they are loved. This still remains the mission today. Charisma began with a team of a dozen women armed with gift bags full of lip gloss and loufas to give to clubs from Everett to Tacoma. When Charisma began there were twelve strip clubs visited once a month on a Friday night.  Today, two years later Charisma is still giving gift bags and partners with women from area churches, Mars Hill, Eastlake Community Church, Overlake Christian Church, and others, to visit strip clubs on a Friday night. Today we’ve expanded our ministry to include dressing room gift baskets, glamour nights (offering hair stylists and make-up artists to dancers) and an annual fundraiser to help support the cause of Charisma.
